Mangesh is passionate about social work and research on innovative models helped him excel in the field of Social entrepreneurship. Enthusiastic about implementing best practices used worldwide for overcoming present issues related to livelihood, finance and education. Working on creating a sustainable ecosystem which will be a substitute to established health and environmental hazardous practices used for daily use. Worked on holistic village development programs including empowerment. A long term advocate and activist against hunger and malnutrition in India.
7 years of extensive experience working with Social ventures and NGO’s practicing on upliftment of marginalised people in India with its unique solutions.
- Headed a venture on Eradication of Iron deficiency Anaemia in India.
- Worked with Karve Institute of social service on strategic CSR Projects.
- Worked for various NGO’s on Education, Empowerment, self-employment, Health, Public transport and Environment and Environment.
- Worked on improving public transport in the city to provide safe, convenient and sustainable mode of transport to citizens of Pune.
- Arranging Health camps and Visits in various parts of State to eradicate malnutrition and child deaths in tribal areas.
Prior to full time social work 13 years of Experience working with top 3 telecom companies around the world Like NOKIA, Telenor, Alcatel-Lucent on innovative project planning and implementation.
Education : Bachelor in Engineering with DBM from Mumbai and PG-DBM in Corporate social Responsibility, Pune.
